Design Development Phase

The design features roofs with extended eaves for shading and wood textures on soffits and cladding, creating a warm, tropical aesthetic that harmonizes with the natural surroundings. Expansive windows with built-in sun-shading devices maximize natural light and provide a seamless connection to the outdoors, emphasizing openness. Minimalist interiors with neutral colors and stone facade walls add a secure and grounded feel.
