House 24-33
Schematic Design Phase
This design exemplifies modern tropical architecture, utilizing stucco, brass, and glass to create a refined yet contemporary aesthetic. The cantilevered upper level, adorned with brass vertical rods, adds a sense of lightness while providing passive cooling and privacy. Expansive glass panels enhance natural ventilation and seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor spaces. Clean lines, deep overhangs, and integrated landscaping contribute to the design’s climate responsiveness, balancing minimalism with sustainability and spatial openness.
