The form follows the shape of the lot with levels that slide and extend due to variations in space programming.

The design focuses on a facade system of vertical fins and horizontal trellises that protects the interior from the sun's excessive heat and glare. It is incorporated with plant boxes that produce natural curtains using tropical shrubs and vines.
