T'walah Vacation Villa
Pre-Construction Phase
The villa is designed as a timeless tropical house, made of natural materials that age well over time. The L-shaped plan separates the main areas from the service areas, thereby ensuring privacy. A brick wall accentuates the division into two zones. Cross ventilation is meticulously integrated into every detail of the roof design. At the apex of the ridge, a concealed vent exhausts warm air from the interior, while wood grilles positioned between the walls and the eaves allow fresh air to cool the interior. The wide overhanging roof shelters the entire house, including the balconies, shielding it from both sun and rain.
